We started blisspy because we were stressed out too, and wanted to make relaxation and mindfulness part of everyday life — not just something we did on vacation.

We don’t think you need to overhaul your life to feel better. Small rituals — a candle lit on a hard evening, a kind reminder tucked into a drawer, a few quiet minutes before the day starts — tend to do more than the big gestures.
